Originally created as a daily monitoring program for people recovering from stroke, Precision Recovery is a suite of applications that help clinicians remotely assess patient wellbeing and to ease the transition from hospital care to the home.
In the wake of the COVID-19 crisis, this program was rapidly adapted to provide remote care for a number of other conditions that could benefit from regular clinical monitoring by skilled and caring professionals.
